My family and I were unable to make it due to the winter storm, and we were stuck and was unsafe to drive at all. And the reservation was non-refundable, which I understand. So I asked for a voucher where we can return in the future, and I got no response I was given the runaround. Horrible customer service!
Easy to book online and close to my destination. Tv had disney junior for my little one to watch before bed and while I got ready in the morning. The morning staff was very pleasant to check out with.
Clean, quiet and friendly staff
Even though the computers went down, the employees continued business as usual by manually letting us inside areas of the hotel. The employees definitely made our stay comfy.
The breakfast was good. The man who supplied the food was excellent ! He kept supplies stocked and the space very clean.
The pool and hot tub were excellent!

The rooms were spacious and clean. I really liked the soap and shampoo. The water pressure in the shower was great. The cooling unit worked great. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't notice a lot of noise either. I would stay there again.
